The folding boxes contain hemp fibers. Hemp is a sustainable raw material, it is harvested three times a year and the plant grows 4 meters per year (a tree can be used for paper production after 7 years maximum). The cellulose in hemp does not need to be bleached and no pesticides are needed when growing hemp, which protects bees and other small creatures.
